Pretty sure this is why Napier turned down both Mississippi schools.
ETA; turned downed seemed to have triggered a few ole miss faithful. Perhaps I should have Sid rebuffed overtures. No offered were made as far as I know.

Chizek again. Good gracious. Really, if he wants to get back into coaching as a head coach, he needs to do a spell at S Alabama or somewhere. Be realistic.

Baylor board is fun. Some think they can get somebody like PJ Fleck, Aranda, or James Franklin, others would be happy with promoting Mcguire, who was coaching high school a few years ago. One thing's clear, their fans are like everyone else's. They think their job is more attractive than it really is.

Your right that every board has delusional fans. Pj fleck and franklin aren’t coming there. Franklin is in a good spot and fleck can wait for a top 10 job. Having said that, Baylor is fairly attractive job (certainly top 25 job) solely based on the money they are currently spending on coach salaries.
