Salary alone makes it top 25. I know aggies can’t be objective about anything big 12 related, but money talks. Why do you think Rhule went there. Plus now two guys have proven you can win there.

Baylor isn’t a top 25 job IMO

It will always be a stepping stone job IMO

I saw some crazy stat that before Briles got there they averaged 4 wins a year since WW2

Ole Miss didn't want him. Never reached out. Proceeded to make the biggest hire of the CFB offseason

"We didn't offer" is always the proper answer whether in a coaching search or in recruiting.

And you need to do a spell too - a spell check.

Why wouldn’t you take this job? They are in good shape and the conference sucks arse.

Baylor isn't a T25 job, but it isn't a bad one either. BU pays well, and they play in a pretty easy conference. They will get a good coach

Plus Napier wants that job.

Allegedly Baylor was paying Rhule a top 10 salary. That makes it a top 25 job.

One other cost for Carolina hiring Matt Rhule: Panthers paid Baylor a $6 million buyout to hire their new head coach, per league sources.

We'll done, Baylor. You got to the Sugar bowl, and even got a rebate on your investment.

How many schools are paying 2 or 3 coaches NOT to coach?

Bet Lane wishes he’d held out for Baylor.

He wanted a job in the SEC so I doubt it.

I've never been to Waco, but I've seen Ole Miss Sorority Princesses.

I think he's good.
