I don't know if he has this guy yet or not. But it's nice to know that we have a professional coach now who actually interviews job candidates.

A top 10 coach of all time, has always been known for program control and organization. Chance he doesn't have a prime candidate locked up or close to it is very low.

Look at the defensive transfers and commits last few days. They have to be telling them something. What top prospect commits with no defensive staff. I feel like it’s done and gonna be good

Depends on what you mean by "already has."
I do think he started thinking about House's replacement on the plane ride home from Tuscaloosa.
But assistant coaches talk. Kelly couldn't be the one calling around, asking whether people were interested. That would spread like a barn fire on the coaches' gossip network.
Instead, he probably has been keeping a short list of coaches who would like to come to LSU to be DC. If he "already has" House's replacement, they would announce it tomorrow or Friday, right? That's why I think this will linger into early next week.
Be checking the news to see which defensive coaches around the country suddenly announce they're getting a pay raise. Those guys were probably on Kelly's short list.
No matter how long (or short) it takes, I trust BK on this.
