Can’t stand our new stadium announcer. He tries to sound like an NBA announcer.

The Grove is simply not set up to handle 300,000 people. It's very comfortable and fun at 150,000. But we can't magically make it bigger. So when 150,000 extra people show up, they can't expect it to magically expand. They have to be able to do the math.
So, what is it? 100k or 150k. You’re making numbers up. Who said there were 300k in The Grove?
re: Let’s admit it. Leavitt has shown who is is through these first 3 games

He also has a lot of tipped balls.

I was there…was so funny taking a knee 4 straight plays with 5 minutes left.

I’d rent a car. I wouldn’t trust a car with Louisiana plates in Oxford.

It may not be trashy but it is highly overrated! If you want little finger sandwiches or chicken tenders, that’s the place to go!
Then there’s the “Walk of Champions”. They haven’t had a championship there since the early 1960’s! 1963…63 years ago! :geauxtigers:

It’s one game. Wait till after the T A&M game.
re: It’s starting to feel like is all about Gov. Landry.
Posted by TigerWatch on 9/11/26 at 4:12 pm to Demonbengal
Rousse is Landry’s hand picked president. If you think he won’t do what Landry wants, you’re fooling yourself.
re: Excited to be going to my first game in TS in quite awhile for Texas A&M
Posted by TigerWatch on 9/10/26 at 2:21 pm to Fun Bunch
What’s kept you away so long? Get ready for some BIG changes. Plan on making a day of it. For A&M game, I’ll be leaving Metairie about 9am.
re: Hopefully we’ll start preparing for a future without the SEC
Posted by TigerWatch on 9/9/26 at 7:21 pm to cbree88
This is one of the stupidest thoughts ever. We do not need to leave the SEC. We do not need to try to be an independent in football and join a conference for other sports. What’s the point? That a sure path to irrelevance.
re: Who is representing LSU at the hearing tomorrow?
Posted by TigerWatch on 9/8/26 at 9:06 pm to St8lyOaks
It’s in federal court. Does a lawyer need to be licensed in Alabama to practice in federal court?
re: If SEC members are conspiring to expel LSU, do we even want to stay?
Posted by TigerWatch on 9/8/26 at 9:04 pm to NeverLightningInTS
Yes, we want to stay. Going to a lesser conference or making a suicidal attempt at being an independent is, at best, foolish. We would lose clout, players, recruits and money.
Homecoming

Has it been announced when the homecoming game is?

re: Is there any reason not to roster them
Posted by TigerWatch on 9/3/26 at 9:26 pm to TT
If we roster but don’t play them and the SEC wins in federal, can the SEC then void our wins and penalize us?
