Wiki him. All the details are there

Wiki? Huh? Says:

quote:

he lawsuit alleges Kendal Briles, former Baylor assistant coach, encouraged these actions and onced asked a Dallas potential recruit: "Do you like white women? Because we have a lot of them at Baylor and they love football players."[5]

Did anyone confirm this was ever said or is it all accusations? Besides, even if he said this, how is that in any ways encouraging anyone to rape anyone? Thats an insane leap in logic, absolutely nuts.

Here at Alabama that kind of behavior will never be tolerated

Let me fix that:

quote:

Here at Alabama, we both condone and encourage that type of behavior. But don't worry, Mr. and Mrs. 5 star. The leadership of our conference are Alabama alums, based not far from here. And when your son does participate in that behavior, should he find himself in a brush with the law, even police and judges in northern Louisiana will refuse to "ruin his future" by persuing criminal charges.

GDI people, I'm serious and think about this really carefully... either we pick up the younger Briles and possibly face a little backlash while our offense turns the corner and changes our program culture for the better... or Saban picks him up, is praised for "giving him a second chance", and Alabama wins another two or three National Titles with him.

Anyone worried about the backlash from hiring Kendal (who was not implicated in any way with the alleged player misconduct at Baylor) needs to wake up. Kendal wants to coach and help remove tarnish from his family name. He has been squeaky clean and still runs a very productive offense. We would be damn lucky to have him consider us. And being the P5 team that let him back in the door, I have a feeling he would appreciate that and maybe stay for his full contract time. Maybe there's backlash- until his offense changes the dynamic of LSU Football. But, like I said, it's us or we let N$ do it. It's kinda his MO to "redeem" tarnished coaches, if you haven't noticed.

If scandals were a deterrent, LSU should have never hired scandal-riddled Joe Alleva.

We all did or at least most of us, Then he became the search and gave us O. Hard to trust he will not screw this up again, I have to honestly think he screws this again he is out period or least one would hope. We honestly need a new AD going forward who has winning his only priority.

How can you watch Georgia play offense and not covet to look exactly like them?
I mean if Chaney is literally 100 years old but can keep us as multiple, dynamic, and unpredictable as those guys sign me up.
Double wing, wildcat, spread, 2 tight, they ran it all. Throw to backs. Throw to TE. Throw on first. They took a frosh and turned him into a national championship QB.
All of that with a mini nickie defensive head coach.
Yeah I'd take that kind of identity right now.

What a fricking joke.

They go after ONE (who could be good here) they know they cannot get past anyone and the rest are a bunch of fricking floating turds in a toilet

"we went after the best and just couldn't get it done"

typical.

It's basically whoever worked with O, or had some sort of tie to him.

It sounds like something a shrewd attorney would say in a lawsuit.

Arrested and no further punishment. Minor inconvenience. REC does their work well and everyone, including the recruits' parents, know it..

Doubtful Chaney would come here, but he's 55. Not really THAT old. He could coach another 10 years.

Lombardi came from the Saints. And so is McMahon. Not enough coaching experience. Can’t recruit. So the McMahon is obviously a connection so therefore, bad.

Actually, Lombardi and O were on staff together with the Saints before he was OC in Detroit.

O is all about the good ole boys, even if it would be a shitty hire.

WTF are you saying. LSU is a top 10 college football program and would be a HUGE stepping stone for Kendall who has coached at Baylor (mostly a shite program for 100 years) for his dad. This would be in prestiege, opportunity, and economically a home run for him. We have to be concerned about a Schiano type of backlash since he was the son of the HC who covered up multiple rapes.

What backlash did Ohio State have for hiring Schiano?

It’s a coordinator job, not HC.

Then Briles, through his connection with Kiffin, fits the mold indirectly.
