Eh, he's been in the NFL for a while and has spent most of his time coaching Drew Brees and Matt Stafford. Neither of those guys really need to be coached up. For me, we have two options here: 1. Bring in a coach that can develop a QB, or 2. Bring in a coach that will attract top QB talent. We may be able to find both traits in the same coach, but you need at least one of those.
