I don't think so. BUT if true...it is the ultimate troll job on Saban and Bama! Per the Bama 247 site Sage told Saban 20 mins before his announcement he wasn't coming.

Yep, they all did. They were all wrong:).

Not always. None of them are 100%. LSU will get their guys regardless of what a Sage or another recruit does. Some of y'all can melt. I choose not to...

You know how they work over there. Tim was TOLD to put in a pick if you know what I mean. So he did but left his own opinion with that last part. Regardless, I don't give frick one way or the other. NSD is Feb and there are plenty of recruits out there who want to be Tigahs or can be convinced to become ones. If Sage commits to Bama and sticks with it till Feb, best of luck to him for a moment then after that...

Improve OL recruiting and the results will come. We are clos though. Getting Leigh and holding on to Dellinger is a start.

Athens is not THAT great! I have been there plenty of times. But continue with your self destructive Negatiger stance of stupidity.

Other teams are going to have opt outs. If our players and program did not care so much about championships and more about NFL then explain last year? And no, it was not just the two Joes or some deal with the prince of darkness like LSU haters want you to think LOL!
re: 1987 LSU football...How close do you think they were to winning a national title?
Posted by Canwoodtiger on 7/19/20 at 2:19 am to Dr Rosenrosen
Yep. Mack Brown was Tulane's coach and they had an athlete at QB in Terence Jones who gave the Tigers D fits.

Born too late to have witnessed the 70's and 80's huh? Sad that you had to miss out:).

That team was darn good. But we were not going to beat Miami or Oklahoma that year. We were actually the third most talented team that year just behind those two. A healthy Tommy Hodson and we beat Bama to go undefeated with one tie and an outright SEC title. That Ohio State game should have been a win. With a better HC we would have won. Archer showed signs that he was not cut out to be a long term SEC coach that day.

I suggest Ambien or Melatonin:).

Not necessarily. Clemson and Bama are real threats here. If I had to guess right now and after what has been mentioned elsewhere I say Bama. But it is early and that is not written in stone...yet.

This is my favorite due to the fact it effective sealed one of our most important wins and who it was against. Check starting at 2:22 (could not be a better number for it LOL!).

If the first drive after HT had not stalled we go up 40-13 and have them crushed emotionally with a whole half to pour more salt in the wound. But I will take a five point misleading margin where it appears they got close but they still know deep inside they really got whooped:).

Jefferson over Quinn any day in the slot. In fact I would not have taken ANY WR last year in CFB over JJ in the slot. He was that special.

Nothing worse than '94 Auburn. Total self destruction and the worst coach in the history of LSU and possibly the entire history of the SEC exposed. Curley was a pathetic excuse of a coach and a person (if the words of certain reliable folks are 100% true).
