Lebby is not on the hot seat. We've gone through 3 coaches in 3 years. He's getting next year no matter what. The offense is vastly improved with a freshman qb and our entire defensive staff should be getting fired at the end of the year

I had completely forgotten about Zach Arnett and his one game replacement.

Mack Brown UNC

He already sounded like he wanted to retire after the JMU game. I seriously doubt they have to fire or even force him out. Hell, looking at their schedule it wouldn't be surprising if they finish 8-4 which would be pretty good considing the injries they've had.

But speaking of ACC coaches, I wonder how much support both Dave Clawson at Wake and Dave Doeren at NC State still have w/their major donors. Doeren especially seems to have settled into having a guaranteed 4+ losses every year.

I don't see how Neal Brown makes it another year.

This is a perennial issue for Neal.

Okie Light beat OU, won 10 games, and played for the Big 12 just last year.

Super doubtful he gets dumped even if they lose out and finish 3-9.

I think if Nick Saban was at North Carolina State he would go 8-4 on the regular. That's just a middle tier program.

Clawson messed up. Should have jumped a year or two again.

I would worry about Georgia beating Ole Miss and Tennessee.

With all the cash SMU boosters have been throwing around, you have to imagine they’ll do whatever they can to keep him

Mack will be told to retire

I thought Mack had pretty much let everyone know this was it. Not coincidentally, I saw that FSU is weighing Novell's buyout vs this entire fanbase bailing on this shitshow. FSU of course can't easily write checks like other schools, but it's being said after the UNC that game that as happened with Taggart, the money is being put together. Unfortunately I think it'll be for a new staff instead of cutting his pussy arse and hiring a real HC

Dave Clawson at Wake
Clawson finished in the Top 15 just a few years. That’s amazing at Wake. The HC isn’t the problem. They need donors to throw money at the football program for quality players. Something that hasn’t happened yet in the NIL era.

Billy just got the vote of confidence. We'll see how this holds up after their brutal stretch coming up.

I wonder if WVU would make a run at Jimbo?

That’s the plan

NB has to go

This was his season to build on what was unexpected last year and he’s falling on his face.

Jim Grobe got them an 11 win year and a #17 ranking for them as well. They still canned him after a few consecutive losing seasons.

Cumbie - Louisiana Tech. Not only is he an atrocious coach, he’s arrogant and his off field performance is despicable. Tech is waiting until bowl eligibility is unattainable, which everyone knows he won’t make it, but still giving him the opportunity.

Saw an article from USA Today that suggested that Lincoln Riley is on the hot seat and USC may be able to fire him for cause/ no buyout after the NCAA handed USC illegal coaching by analyst penalties.

The NCAA placed the school on probation for one year, and fined it $50,000 for on- and off-field coaching by non-coaching analysts on field

La Tech has improved over the last month. They've played the 3 of the 4 best teams in the conference and lost to a)SH State by 6 on the road; b)Jville St on a Hail Mary at home; and c)and then beat W Ky probably the best team on the road. And for the season, their widest margin of loss was by 10 at NC State. Whenever I watch them play they look terrible, but their results are better than how they look.
