More than likely Bruce bounced after the final 4 and the roster was Steven's.
Psychologically and strategically Bruce knew last year was his all-in. The offseason he just stuck around to get Steven pushed in.
Steven doesn't deserve another year, but he will get it. The quicker we end it the better

Nobody wants to have this conversation because it sucks to admit Bruce has faults but why cant we just talk about post retirement Bruce and not the guy we love.
Post retirement Bruce is not the do no wrong guy that demands my patience while working for TNT that he was as our coach weathering shite rosters. He has already stepped away and it's not his baby in the water.
He needs to save face and admit his son isnt going to work out and bless a new search. It will help him and his reputation. I am not smitten by some sentimental logic that he built the house so its his preogrative to handle matches in gas fumed walls inside it. Just doesnt make sense.
