He is what he is he’s never going to take you to the promised land but he can stabilize the program and they could get away with not paying him top dollar since LSU is still carrying some of the freight.

Fans would revolt if we made a move for him. We need something new not something old. That includes Jimbo too

Dude hates that players get paid and can transfer without penalty. He hates that he has to work with a GM to build a roster

He’s done coaching teams with natty dreams

Not unless he’s overhauled his entire approach to running a program. He also needs to figure out NIL.

You don’t have to “stabilize” a program with nil and transfers. Kelly’s days are done, the game has passed him by.

My gosh hiring Fisher again would be the death knell for y’all’s program. He was the beginning of y’all’s problems and if proof of what a shitty coach he is he had all the money in the world at aTm and couldn’t do anything.

i agree with the poster yesterday, he has to act interested in these jobs for his buyout. dude is content to keep golfing, that's what he was doing his last couple years at lsu anyway.

Going 9-3 every year would be an improvement.

In his prime yes. He is checked out counting his millions now. No shot FSU looks at what happened here and thinks thats a good idea.

Why do LSU fans always suggest their washed up and washed out ex-coaches for jobs at programs that could obviously do better? First Les, then O and now Kelly.
