500 miles covers entire SEC except Florida, Kentucky, and USCe.

The entire SEC is covered anyway. The contract language says a non head coaching position at another SEC program or a D1 program within 500 miles. It’s only 15% for D1 programs outside of 500 miles.

It's Aranda or Don Brown. But more A&M fans think it's Aranda currently on the pay sites.

what I've heard is it's pretty close to the chest at aTm so very few people know anything. They are speculating at this point.

A&M is too busy recruiting the top 3* talent in Texas

FWIW Dave Aranda is the only name being talked about among those in the AD right now. Dont know if he'll ultimately come here but as of Friday that was the expectation.

As of Friday, Scott Woodward and Jimbo Fisher expect Aranda to accept the job on Tuesday. This is from an associate athletic director with the school for decades.
Things change though, and LSU will pony up to keep him if he wants to stay.

Sounds like a done deal

Im lamens terms Aranda to Ags could happen, chavis to Sumlin was about job security, Aranda and Coach O is a bad mix. Aranda knows Jimbo will maximize his potential, and if Aranda wants to build his resume for NFL he can with Jimbo not with coach O.
Aranda and Jimbo is a real possibility.
Deal with it.

Whelp. Next man up. How much does Venables make?
I don't really buy the Aranda talk though. Seems like he has a good relationship with Orgeron and Texas A&M isn't even a lateral move at this point, unless they're willing to just give him an obscene contract. Obviously that isn't totally out of the realm of possibility, but I think LSU would match up to a point.

LSU should honestly pay him more than O
Posted on 12/31/17 at 2:19 pm to BilJ
If Aranda and Canada are both not here next season, O needs to be fired on the spot
Posted on 12/31/17 at 2:22 pm to whitefoot
If Aranda leaves it’d be a telling sign he sees where things are headed because I’m sure LSU will match anything money wise, he should also have a good amount of talent to work with and truly run his D, a good season probably vaults him into a p5 job if he wants it

Coming from the self proclaimed “Professional Rustler of Jimmies”, you are lying your arse off.
