like I said, it doesn't look like Jimbo went that direction. but as far as spending goes, A&M hired Jimbo on the principle that he has unlimited resources. like " hold me beer and watch this" money.

I think it's awesome that atm has unlimited funds to hire coaches apparently and they choose Jimbo. Pure greatness right there. And then brag that he was your top choice. The stupidity never ends

Rational fans aren't expecting playoffs next year, the current roster has a lack of talent to compete for a division title and the schedule is going to be tough with Clemson added. Most of us want to see an improvement throughout the season instead of regression like we always had under Sumlin. We are looking for a change in the mentality, attitude, and physicality of the team, once JF gets two or three of his recruiting classes on campus and the old mentality is gone then we'll be ready to compete for a playoff spot.
