I was trying to do that math like I always do.

Who is the moron who said “let’s go with 45lb increments” and forever confused every lifter who didn’t work out with 135 or 225?

It started with 20KG (approx 44lbs) but they rounded up for easy manufacturing

WL math is just something to get used at this point.

4 plate press at that speed, regardless of bounce, is damn good work for a non superheavy

I admire KJ for sticking with LSU and working hard in the gym. He certainly seems like a team player. I hope it all comes together for him on the field this season.

I really want to see this kid do well. I know it’s old school but I like having thunder and lightening.

Really wish the dang person posting these lifts would do the research for us and tell us how much they are lifting. I haven’t lifted a free weight on a bench in 40 years

Only beasts can, easily, do 2 x body weight on bench press! He could have done 30 lb more. Looks like 415lb

This kid would excel out of the I. I'm not sure he has the initial burst to run behind zone blocking.

Add 45 pounds for the weight of the bar. Technically 460

Needs to stay under control coming down. Don't bounce the weights off. Other than that is was a good lift.
