I love acronyms. They can be used for so many different things. CB can mean Corner Back; but I'm pretty sure reference to Billy and "CB" has more to do with Crystal Balls. Welcome to recruiting lingo . . ....

Sure hope all the transfers from Ohio State are completely healthy and primed to fight for the starting roles. ...

Why is it that On3 lists Dacorian at $599K where others are listed as "undisclosed"? https://www.on3.com/db/dakorien-moore-28026/ I'm wondering whether the $1.3 thrown about is true or a rumor that went "viral" with the panic stricken(?). With revenue sharing and no more "football underwriting...
After seeing On3 had Pickett as a safety, I went back to see what undeveloped under classmates are now part of team. Lots of incoming CB / safeties in the 2024 class to develop. That starts now. Let's see what the fall brings....
Let the new defensive staff show their coaching prowess with LSU in the present. If the turnaround is impressive, many will take notice and the recruiting landscape will change significantly. So many point out that none of this is finalized until the ink is dry. There very likely is NOT going to be ...
Another 7-6 season could mean a complete re-boot at Miami. The dollars offered may be meaningless if all there is restarting from scratch. Many more stories in recruiting may occur this fall with a successful Tiger season. ...
Nike may not be in business by the time Pickett would be ready to work for them. I sense he will have better opportunities post-football. ...
How good are Oregon's Offensive Line and Tight Ends going to be? It's not just the skill players. A big NIL offering to a QB pales in comparison to an NFL deal. Nike's stock has been in a free-fall over the past number of years. I expect Phil Knight cares more about the performance of his company th...
Raymond likely jumped for a two-year knowing what he had left on his Florida contract was going bye bye with Napier in December of 2024. I didn't like that he sought to leverage the Tigers for higher paychecks almost annually. Still, Raymond’s secondary produced seven first team All-American...

Would be nice if Mr Thomas and Mr Nabers gave him a call to point out what Hankton brought to the table to improve both of them in 2023. ...

Let part of the season play out for some potential recruits (or their handlers) who may not yet even be on our radar see what is accomplished on the field by their respective position coach/coordinator(s)....
If you think that Cory is a one year experiment, then don't you think that the recruits all know this as well?...

Oregon's tax rates are heavily weighted towards Property Taxes. As long as he doesn't buy a home, he'll be fine. Oregon has no sales taxes. They do have high gas taxes that help pay for the "full service" only gasoline laws there. It's like they are back in the 60s on that front....

re: WR Cortez Mills commits July 1st

Let the season play out and see who Cortez has developed. That will be the clincher for those willing to put in the work to be first round material....
With this one, LSU likely has to come out with big money to start. That way one doesn't come back with the rationale of "I felt more love from ....... for much longer". ...

Proof is in the pudding. IF the D gels by mid-season, we may make a lot of noise with others committed elsewhere that now are looking at the future....
