Sick of hearing "look" and "complete the process". If the player is good enough play him. For instance Womack should be playing but all CBK says is "Look he is a great player but he needs to complete the process" WTF. Best 22 players need to be on the field at all times....

I would not take Penn out either, he is the better communicator.. Penn and Weeks should be the starters from now on....

I hope CBK sticks with Weeks at linebacker this week against OM. He is quicker and better than Speights. CBK says he is 100% healthy. I would stick with Weeks and not rotate at except for maybe a short breather. Weeks has better speed and will get after Dart in passing situations better than Speight...
