As others have posted, the Bengals isn't the best team to play for, but very rarely does a top draft pick end up with a decent team. Still, it has to be a dream for the Ohio native. Athens to Cincinnati is just over 150 miles. From a Bama graduate, congratulations Joe.

I’m so sorry Joe. The Bengals owner doesn’t care enough about his team. Good luck

The ownership of the Bengals is one of the three worst in the NFL. Burrow’s talents will be wasted there.

I hope they draft O-Lineman

It would be hilarious if he chose #10.

Draft Joe first and whole bunch of awesome lineman. If they can sneak in Clyde first pick of the third round, it'd be even better. Perhaps one WR or TE, but the aim should be to keep Joe healthy through protection and focus on defense the following year.

For those colors (I hate orange), that's a pretty good-looking Jersey.

I hope Cincinnati doesn't do this to Joe! He deserves better!

"Geaux Bengals" is just wrong. Unless it is the Bayou Bengals.

Don't feel bad for Joe. He's a winner and he's not a pussy. Doesn't matter where he goes. He'll make any team better

He's going to make millions of dollars playing football. I wouldn't feel too sorry for him

Things can always turn around in the NFL. San Francisco had one of the worst teams in the league 2 years ago, and now they're a Super Bowl contender.

I'll be thrilled for Burrow if that's where he wants to go. Leaves home to win it all in college and comes back to save the franchise and win the Superbowl is a neat story

In before the Bengals trade for olinemen and draft picks. They seriously need more help than just a QB - it would make sense to trade for a healthy all pro LT and a couple of 1st rounders to take the best linemen available. Their run game sucks, they have no time to pass the ball, and they have Dalton who is still serviceable. No need to draft Burrow and get him killed.

I remember in 2008 when Miami drafted Jake Long and they didn’t have a QB to protect and Atlanta drafted Matt Ryan with no one to protect him 12 years later and Miami still doesn’t have a QB and Matt Ryan still doesn’t have anyone to protect him. Funny how it all works out

But Matt Ryan actually played and almost won a super bowl

I’m starting to like the landing spot. Hopefully they invest heavily in the oline and Jonah Williams comes back healthy

They need to re-sign A.J. Green, don't let him leave. With him and Boyd they have a darn good WR duo. Add Mixon/Bernard at RB, Eifert at TE, and it is not a bad group of skilled players. They MUST upgrade the OL to give J.B. some time and open up the running game. Will be interesting to watch from afar, but I'll be pulling for our LSU QB!
