LSU quarterback Myles Brennan met with the media on Tuesday and talked about the insane diet he's on in order to bulk up for the season.

Brennan currently weighs 195-pounds is trying to get up to 210. To do that, the sophomore quarterback is eating so much food that sometimes he wants to throw up because his body is not used to it.

Here is so more from Brennan on Tuesday:

What's the point of adding a bunch of fat and carbs? It's just going to make him feel like crap and lose mobility. Just let him gain weight naturally, teach the offensive like to block, and teach him to throw it away.

He's still gonna get hit a bunch. 20lbs will help protect him. He's not just eating crap all day. With the LSU strength, conditioning and nutritional program, he'll gain weight at at least maintain his current mobility, if not increase it.

What mobility

Man, just go away. He's not Vick, we know that. He's mobile enough.

I don’t know who his trainer is but pizza or fried chicken at midnight is NOT the answer.

Calories are the answer. He needs as many as he can take of all kinds. I had a skinny issue and doctors had me eating peanut butter and jelly and whole milk every night and told me to eat McDonald’s biscuits with a shake every morning,

"As we all know, LSU fans are crazy. Got to block that out. Mentally, you’ve got to be very strong." Huh? LSU fans were almost unanimously supportive of the kid. If he thought being the backup QB to a ho-hum starter was "rough" im worried about his mental toughness.

I don’t think it was necessarily his play personally, but the team not reaching expectations. He has it mentally.

I agree he does. Im a fan of the kid and am on record saying i want him to win the job. But that was just a weird quote. A tough freshman year? How?

Not every fan was supportive of the kid.

It really isn't that bad as long as you were drinking 3 gallons of water a day to flush all that salt out lol

Take all the nutritionists and tell them to piss off. Breakfast: 10 eggs fried hard. And a link of boudin. Brunch, eggs Benedict. Lunch, steak eggs and spinach salad. Afternoon snack, 3 premier protein shakes. Dinner, illegal burrito. Late night snack, eggs and black beans. Fourth meal, three premier protein shakes. Ol baw could go on a boudin and eggs diet. Protein, healthy fats, fiber.

Damn I would hate to be his roommate with that menu on tap. Poor kid would die from gas attacks from Brennan.

All of that trash food is going to affect his cognitive ability. Whoever is advising him to do this is not doing a great job

I actually thought of an even better solution. Sit him down with fehoko. He now eats whatever fehoko eats. If he doesn't, he gets tackled by fehoko.

Good grief, drink 3 mass builder shakes a day and eat normal. Those 3 shakes will be roughly 5000 calories.

PS: Eat clean. Nasty fried foods and junk food will affect your body in ways that hurt not help.

I'll put my money on the LSU trainers before a tigerdroppings poster. I think they know more than your cute little muscle milk shakes. But thanks!

Right because my degree in kinesiology and sports nutrition mean nothing. Speak about something you know douche. You talk about how crappy coach O is but trust his staff????? You're a joke.
