LSU quarterback Myles Brennan met with the media on Tuesday and talked about the insane diet he's on in order to bulk up for the season.

Brennan currently weighs 195-pounds is trying to get up to 210. To do that, the sophomore quarterback is eating so much food that sometimes he wants to throw up because his body is not used to it.

I actually thought of an even better solution. Sit him down with fehoko. He now eats whatever fehoko eats. If he doesn't, he gets tackled by fehoko.

Take all the nutritionists and tell them to piss off. Breakfast: 10 eggs fried hard. And a link of boudin. Brunch, eggs Benedict. Lunch, steak eggs and spinach salad. Afternoon snack, 3 premier protein shakes. Dinner, illegal burrito. Late night snack, eggs and black beans. Fourth meal, three premier protein shakes. Ol baw could go on a boudin and eggs diet. Protein, healthy fats, fiber.

Everyone freaking out about his diet, really everything could be decently healthy besides the Cane's or Pizza. We only know one specific meal. And I assume because that's just easy for him to get outside of school. These kids don't really have time to cook so he grabs something quick, easy, and high in calories. He's a teenage athlete, some pizza isn't going to ruin him.

I think the kid is going to be a stud, you can see it in him... hes a gamer, great quick release and accurate... just got to go out and play the game and dont let it get to big... And as much as I like Brennan, I do hope that they really really do have a package for Narcisse. I think that kid is a special athlete that would give Bama and Georgia fits the way Tua gave fits to Georgia.. Kid is legit..

Not sure this isn't gonna speed up metabolism because his frame works in unison with metabolism. Intake should be high calories, high saturated fat and high in proteins but less meals a day. Plenty of sleep. Sometimes lucky bastards just have a genetic build like this. I work with a guy that drinks a 12 pack of bud a day, eats five guys burgers at lunch and has fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fried squash and cornbread religiously. No exercise at all. He's 6-3 and goes about 175. Tomorrow he will have eggs, bacon, biscuits. Lunch a grilled double cheeseburger with fries and at night fried chicken after 12 buds. Won't gain a pound. Crazy. I look at fried fish and fries and put on 5 pounds. Now, when I was brennans age it wasn't a big problem.

Calories are the answer. He needs as many as he can take of all kinds. I had a skinny issue and doctors had me eating peanut butter and jelly and whole milk every night and told me to eat McDonald’s biscuits with a shake every morning,
