What is? Several companies sell LPR cameras to state and local govts including Motorola but they aren't based in Atlanta.
Flock HQ is in Atlanta.

This was my assumption since there are memes. Who started this? Is it a Louisiana thing? Bill gates? Israel? China?
Its based out of atlanta. And its funded by big venture capitalist firms.
They have raised over 1 billion in funding already.
Basically big corporation types are being given the ability to install these everywhere and collect all of our vehicle movements and identifying markings (for now, they already have face identifying cameras as well) and sell them to entities who pay for the database/service.
Im sure it will only be used wisely and for our good. Nothing to see here!

Almost certainly a flock camera that uses ai to read and catalog various identifying features on your car like license plate, bumper stickers, dents etc
Its all stored in a database that is used (so were told) by law enforcement and the city entities who are paying/subscribing to the service.
Problem is there is almost no oversight or real choice in the matter for every day citizens. We just get to be tracked everywhere we go.
Its a slippery slope and not a fun one. Who needs civil liberties anyway.
Biggest concern i have is how much money and growth they have raised in such a short time. Someone really wants this to be happening and its not the people just living their lives.

Biden screwed them over by ever running is the main reason. No one else stood a chance that late in the game. But also the democratic party hasn't really had a great candidate since Obama.
That isn't saying Obama was a great president, but candidate wise he gave the Dems someone who could actually win. They have not really had anyone worthwhile since then.

Obama and the dems didn’t think so when they passed the law, which is why you only benefited from subsidies starting in 2021 and not 2013-2021
Technically true 13 years later, but i wasnt making what I make now at that point. Specific to my situation that isnt factoring in career/financial growth. Through out 2013-2021 we were just barely under the limit of still getting subsidies, it was usually very minimal 1000-1200 a year in assistance. Insurance costs also have not stayed at the levels they were in 2013 subsidies or not.
Subsidies took effect up to 400% of the federal poverty limit, which is still over 100k for a family of 4.
There are plenty of people in my situation that got left staring down a $15,000 immediate increase to their health insurance and decided to just hope for the best and save the $30,000 in subscription based premiums.
Obamacare is horrendous and should be gutted and thrown out. But there is more to the 3 million drop in enrollment than just fraud.

Those were temporary Covid subsidies. What were you paying before Covid?
Pre Covid we were able to get insurance through my wife's work. It depended on the year which was cheaper. Usually Obamacare was cheaper, but the coverage/deductibles were horrible. Most years we were having kids/trying to get pregnant so we just paid the higher premiums for better coverage/lower deductibles.
During Covid we took advantage of low interest rates/housing prices and bought some land.
Since then we have opened a business for her so she is also self employed. So now we pretty much are forced to use Obamacare.

Yea I did not enroll this year. Self employed so its my only real option.
My monthly premium for the family went from $1200 a month to $2500 a month when congress let the subsidies expire.
Obamacare has been a disaster. But it sure would have been nice if they could have done something to fix it (ideally just get rid of it) or at least put something in place to give people better options in the interim.
Your 3 choices are omitting a real outcome for a lot of the middle class.

re: 3rd term for Trump?

Putting aside the rational/constitutional/political cluster that would be.
Sincerely, can Trump last that long? That would put him at 86 at the end of his 3rd term. He is already the oldest sitting president in history.

This is 2nd video is Ai, watch the shoes closely. One of the shoes just teleports away and then back mid way through the fall.
Gotta love this new world we live in where we have to over analyze everything to see if its real or not.

Wait so not only is he doing a job based on national intelligence which he doesn't seem very experienced in he is also keeping his other role?
So our national intelligence is being run by a person moonlighting as a national intelligence director?
We really thought this one through huh

A 38 year old who is only relevant because he inherited his grandfather's company and fortune is now running our national intelligence.
What are we doing...

He wanted Oman and Iran to be able to charge a toll on a strait used for majority of the regions oil, that was previously considered international water and free to use?

Part of the problem is the Revolutionary Guard is its own thing. They are not controlled by the political arm of Iran fully.
Individual commanders spread out all over the country have been making their own individual decisions throughout this conflict. Its idiotic, but its also the reality of how they run their military in some instances.

So the Strait that was open is now open with the added bonus of passage has to be coordinated with the Iranian military?
We sure showed them

Corporations are greedy, its expensive to live in America compared to places like India. So financially it makes more sense to do this.
Either make laws to not allow this, dont use T mobile, or let capitalism be capitalism.
I can assure you T mobile doesnt care what anyone thinks about this move as long as people keep spending money for their services.

Jobs were revised down by 400,000 for all of 2025 in February 2026: Starting at 584,000 ending at about 181,000. Ending at about 15,000 per month which is abysmally bad and insane that there was such a massive swing in the revising process.
LINK
This month seems great and the number alone would eclipse all of 2025, but we unfortunately have to wait to see if it holds, because they were only off a mere 222.65% for all of last year.

Why bother posting every little eye grabbing twitter link you see?
Disclose.tv? That isnt a source. Its some bot/random nonsense farming for engagement most of which is just utter garbage not substantiated in anything.

I already know how my statement is going to go to people here.
But the truth is the new Chinese EVs are way ahead of what people give them credit for. The days of laughing off anything and everything produced in China "should" be behind us. They are innovating and they are doing so at a price-point that actually makes sense.
This isnt to say we should be buying chinese vehicles. But we also shouldn't be writing them off because they come from China. Elon/our auto industry needs to wake up and realize the products are not quite the front runner we think it is and adapt.

Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta is the busiest airport in the world lol
Its not really noticeably slower than other airports ive been to as far as speed to get you through the line person by person. The difference is there is just so many people.
Flying out of Baton Rouge or Cincinnati etc is just vastly different, you can generally just walk up to the start of the line on a non holiday day, might be a line of 20 people.
As an example. Baton Rouge Airport has 844,000 passengers a year. Atlanta has 106 million. Its just a different animal

They really are not.
Everyone here is on septic for the most part, the water systems in place are not built for the amount of water needed to have that size population added.
This area is rural, old homes built in the 50s. The growth moving away from Atlanta is just now starting to reach this county. Our infrastructure in a lot of regards is really not great. And hasnt been retrofitted in a major way in decades.
