I never thought I'd say this, but Bo Jackson and I had the same weight room routine in high school and college...

I went to HS with farm boys that never lifted weights but were strong as an ox.

Spent most of his training time throwing rocks at pigs.

I know an OC who develops his pass routes by watching pigs cut and run once the cage falls.

I have an uncle like this. He’s older now but he was jacked and never lifted a day in his life.

Unless your uncle is Bo, you don’t have an uncle like.
There’s only 1 BO

I’ve seen a lot of people like this in my time. Some people are naturally muscular.

Have you seen Bo lately? Is a huge fat arse. Herschel on the other hand is a finely tuned athletic macine

But Bo is lucid. Herschel on the other hand has issues.

I read his biography and he found lifting too boring. His hs coach wanted him to play for Nebraska.

a very large percentage of strength is genetic. Sure, lifting weights will help, but only so much. Most of it is god-given. Doesn't mean athletes shouldn't work out, just that most of it is already baked in.

I can guarantee you that Bo lifted plenty of white coeds on top his mattress. Met one of his ex girlfriends in Atlanta. Blonde hair and deep blue eyes. Crazy as shite too.
