President Pezeshkian acknowledges devastating impact of sanctions as regime officials warn of imminent collapse

quote:

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Friday called for an end to the confrontation with the United States, while attempting to frame the move as coming from a position of strength.
Pezeshkian said it would be better to end the conflict now, while Iran maintains its power and dignity and the world recognizes its victory.

Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned during a meeting in Baghdad that without a stable economy and growth, the state cannot survive, even with military strength.
This crisis gains added urgency with Reuters reports of severe damage to oil supply lines to China, leading to acute shortages and price spikes.

quote:

From the other side, the American administration made clear it has no intention of easing pressure. U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, addressing President Donald Trump's announcement of the heaviest sanctions package in history set to be unveiled Monday, declared in a CNBC interview that the goal is to collapse the Tehran regime.

Down 28-3 at half and proclaiming victory on the basis of having scored.

Far better regime change via sanctions than destroying the infrastructure.

Yea, it seems like Trump made the best decision.

However, the regime needs to be crushed.
They won't surrender.
That's incoming.

Well it appears that the blowing up their military was minuscule to the sanctions. Oman cutting them off was the straw that broke the camels back.

Sounds promising.

But to quote Winston Wolf, "Let's not start sucking each other's dicks quite yet."

This seems like an Iranian tap out that the referee hasn’t yet seen

It may be 2 days, it may be 2 weeks, but the Islamic regime will soon be gone.
And a long with it go the houthis, Hamas, PIJ, and Hezbollah.

Please tell me y'all ain't falling for this shite again. They will say that they will do everything we want, and then we will ease sanctions, and then they will go back to doing what they have been doing all along. They have been doing the same thing over and over. Nothing will change them except death.
