Also, I didn't call you a douchbag. I was implying that those using negative replies were acting like douchbags.It really gets old reading the same negative replies (over & over). We all know these young men (commits) can change their minds, so we don't need to be reminded every time a commit comes (or is expected to drop soon).Try something original for a change.

It was one example. When LSU played Washington in Seattle, we were talked about by the locals for several years. My brother was in Seattle 3 years after that game, and he was wearing his LSU hat, and several people commented about all the LSU people eating and drinking the town dry. You must live under a rock if you are pretending LSU fans don’t spend more $’s than the average fan. Look at what happens when LSU makes it to Omaha. Against, we are talking about the average fan. The sports bar was only an example, which happened to have both fan bases we were talking about.

The first game I can remember was against Alabama at Leagion Stadium in Birmingham with the Bear coaching. We had Charlie Mac. We only crossed the 50 yard line twice. One Bama fan looked at me and said, “ at least our Golden Girls were better looking than the bama girls”. I think I was in Jr High in Montgomery, Al. That was the first year we got bussed to Georgia Washington Jr. High in Mount Megs ( 8 to 12 mile bus ride from our house). Yep, I’m old too ! ??

LSU is going after nearly all the top talent in state, but you can’t force them to choose LSU. Not also going after top talent elsewhere would be incompetent. Have to CYA.

This did not age well at all. I don’t understand why anyone, other than one trying to start crap or just doesn’t like LSU, would post an early take like this.
First, I think our coach, who has put 2 national championships in the trophy case in the last 3 years, shouldn’t be second guessed by armchair coaches.
Second, when you made this post, we already had 2 highly ranked commits from the portal.
Third, we now have the top 2 players, of which the #1 guy is who you said we weren’t getting.
Please find another school to follow!!!

Really glad you still think Jay’s still a good coach. I mean, he’s only won two titles the last three years. Let me know what other coaches have done that recently!

Jay has admitted to making some mistakes with letting some players go and portal additions. We should see a different approach to the portal next time. Some of our fans are way too spoiled or delusional!

Thanks for your efforts. I can tell the passion you have for LSU. I may not always agree with 100 %, but it is always ok to respectfully disagree on occasion. But I must admit there are a lot of D.A.’s on this site, as well as all others. There are also more like you than the DA’s.
