But was anyone else impressed with Grant Fontenot’s performance on Saturday? I felt he came in looked confident and could be a huge middle relief guy to bridge the gap for Cowan and Evans during games if he can keep that up.

Most people will say it’s spring and over reaction. But this could end up being a huge deal. It’s year 5 and he’s still struggling to connect on deep balls. Don’t give me getting used to the receivers. He has had all spring for that. If he can’t connect on deep balls consistently, our offense will be in trouble and we won’t be able to use the speed we have at receiver. Very disappointing to see.
