Foot fungus question

There is a fungus among us. Ok guys anybody have toe nail fungus remedy. Dr gave me creams they don’t work for shite. Appreciate any remedies

My grandma always soaked them in peroxide, put Vicks salve on them, gargled with Dr Tishnor’s, and some Holy Water…
