One of the actors just leaked Jean Grey is the villain of the movie.
I haven't been keeping up with leaks but I'm assuming this means theyre gonna re-cast all of the X-Men eventually and doomsday is the old casts swan song

Everyone suspected Sadie Sink was playing Jean Grey but Marvel still hasn't confirmed her role. She has a five movie deal with them so it's obviously an important part. Tom Holland recently said Jean Grey isn't in the movie so who knows

They're making it seem like this is the case by refusing to answer any questions about it.
Like going out of their way not to answer any questions about Jean Grey whatsoever. It seems like "protesting too much."

Holland has a history of accidentally spoiling things in interviews. I'm sure someone pulled him aside and said something like "Tom, for the love of God, just say 'Jean Grey is not in this movie' or I will have you killed."

She could be in the post-credit scene (Jeremy John's said there's one at the end [not middle of] the credits).

The smaller ancillary villains (Scorpion, Tarantula) are at the beginning during a montage, the final villain fight is with the Hand.

I mean it was pretty obvious. Marvel casts a young popular redhead to a multi film contract.
She wasn't going to play Gwen Stacey, Typhoid Mary, or MayDay Parker as some people were projecting.

Just got out. Really enjoyed it. Sadie knocked the part of Jean Gray out of the park.
With Prof X (Patrick Stewart) being in Doomsday, how will they reconcile Gray being so young vs when she was in the original X-Men movies?
And it’s nice to see real Hulk again.

I just got home from seeing it. It’s a fun Spider-Man film. There are a few cameos I wasn’t expecting. I made a point to stay away from spoilers. There’s 1 after credit scene.
