You should research before you post. Fisher's contract does not provide for mitigation. Any money he earns from another job is pure gravy, poured on top of his A&M chicken-fried buyout.

Let’s face it. A and M will never consistently be able to play with the big boys. They aren’t even the top school in state (maybe 3rd behind tcu).
LSU and Oklahoma will consistently steal their players from Texas too, as they are better programs. Plus being in the SEC west guarantees them that they will rarely if ever win the conference, making it hard to recruit.
