Leading Report
@LeadingReport
BREAKING: Under Trump, a household income of $59,000 a year could “comfortably afford the monthly mortgage on a typical U.S. home, but under Biden, that number has risen to over $106,000, according to a new Zillow report.

Also heard a stat today that inflation has gone up around 25% the last 4 years. It’s definitely more than that.

Just a little bit of an increase there under Biden.

And 5 million illegals every year absorbing affordable housing options pumps up housing prices. Basic law of supply and demand.

But Biden's gonna fix those broken ice cream machines at McDonald's.

Easily a fair trade off

Groceries certainly seem to be up more than that.

Groceries aren’t tied to inflation numbers.

They don’t count groceries. As if ground beef, eggs and milk is not a good indicator of how the economy is doing

72% increase in eggs.

Everybody’s income was reduced by at least 20%.

I finally make a comfortable enough living that eating out with two little kids and no alcohol shouldn’t even be a thought. But a road trip Cracker Barrel stop is $60 with tip. WTF?

Yep some assorted cheeses, deli meats, fruit and crackers to make me of those shark coochie boards for a get together was $112 FJB

Seriously though I spend more on groceries now than I did on my first mortgage. Which was for $210k at 6% back in 2005.

A case of Diet Coke was around $7-8 prior to Kung Flu. Jumped up to nearly $12 and is now $13.48 last couple times I've ordered groceries. And is never on sale.

A normal grocery order was $120-140 and is now regularly well over $200 for essentially the same stuff.

As much as Biden has supercharged inflation with ridiculous spending, it was 2020 that kicked the shitshow off.

I will not disagree with that. What caused this shite show to begin? The inventors/releasers of Covid maybe? We were hitting on all cylinders economically. They had to stop that.
