Even if they weren’t going to take the shooter out yet for whatever reason (because it was planned) how do you not radio to get Trump off the stage.

They showed the sniper who killed Crooks looking down range through his scope before the assassin fired a shot, the sniper was on a tripod and when he finally shot the assassin he didn't appear to adjust his rifle at all, just squeezed the trigger like he had a bead on him long before the assassin shot at Trump.

Now that doesn’t explain how he got up there and why nothing happened when they were notified, but they did make it sound like one of the snipers made the shot as soon as he had it.

Most people already believe the JFK assasination was a conspiracy, but can you imagine if the Zapruder film showed multiple people pointing to the window at the book depository and telling the SS and police that a man with a rifle was there for 3 minutes before the motorcade arrived? There would be no more questioning it.
