Any answer but YES means they should be one of the first to be culled . As Mr T famously quoted ( with a slight twist) - I pity the fool who comes into our neighborhood . I know of 2 mercs and 1 retired seal and basically it’s a military base around here with everyone’s else hardware

.

One time in my college days I was showering in the fraternity house when I looked up and a squirrel was looking down at me from a break in the ceiling tiles. That squirrel didn’t leave the house alive, and all I had then was a BB gun.

Yeah I mean I don't think I needed much incentive/motivation before, but I have a newborn now. Which makes me wonder if there are modern men out there who would hesitate on this question even if the hypothetical involved some risk to their wife/kids/etc.

Hard to imagine if so.

Me, yes.

I'm of the opinion that just about every human being is capable of killing someone. Just think of the average, sweet, middle aged woman who has never hurt a fly. Then think of that woman's child being threatened, and her having the means to stop that threat by deadly force. I can't think of any that wouldn't.

I did it for my country and I would do it for my home.

Yeah, you're right. In today's clown world, you probably aren't 100% safe shooting an intruder, especially in heavy blue areas

Oh, they can. But they choose not to. When I drove out of my garage at 4 a.m. today my headlights showed 3 deer grazing in my front yard.
My reaction was to reduce my speed to 3 mph so as not to disturb them.

Well I'm not relying on my wife to defend our home. Have you heard any men say this?

It’s very easy to say hell yeah for most folks and I agree with the sentiment. It’s very, very different when physically in that scenario. I would surmise most folks aren’t actually ready for that scenario, and even though they think they are, most believe it will never happen.

I’d rather be killed myself than have to live with inaction that leads to the death of my loved ones.

Don't put me in that situation.

I wouldn't call it the "extreme" by any means. The "extreme" would be wiring the entire neighborhood to blow and warning the neighbors that they'll get a courtesy call to evacuate when the the mob is approaching.

In your scenario, the "extreme" is merely something that every red blooded, freedom loving American should already be mentally and physically prepared to do.

Unfortunately I think the answer is yes. Most wouldn't but I think when you look at men in general in society today it's pretty much a given. We've got too many men that were raised by women and had no positive male influence in their lives growing up. Too many men acting like they are still adolescents.

If ever the SHTF they will show themselves.
