I gave you my thoughts... The man is a traitor at best... As to why he wasn't prosecuted, I am certain you can come up with several reasons if you think hard enough... Start with "DOJ" and go from there...

I actually wasn’t taking a hard stance either way but now I am intrigued.

If you served, then you know officers take an oath to the Constitution. I fail to see how acting to avoid military escalation with a nuclear power is outside the duties of the Chairman. This is what we call an implied task.

Honestly this probably wouldn’t have ever come to light if politicians on both sides weren’t trying to either capitalize or minimize Jan. 6.

Quite obviously the liberal media and liberal academics are all but fellating General Milley. They have been very kind to him.

quote:

In January 2021 General Milley was the top military officer in the United States government.

...

Milley made 2 known back channel calls to China’s top general, Li Zuocheng. The first was in October 2020 when intelligence suggested (incorrectly) that the U.S. was considering an attack on China. Milley told China this was untrue in an attempt to cool tensions between 2 nuclear powers.

For which he should be hanged. He was not authorized to do this.

Yes because historians hate Trump, so they will be favorable to anyone who resists Trump.

Undermining POTUS is an implied task? Not even close. Like I said, unless he was specifically ordered to do what he did by POTUS it was treason at best.

He did what he had to do. Clearly the POTUS at the time was unfit for office.

Depends on who is writing history.

If it is the Chinese, it will be.

Serious question - is Biden currently fit for office?

And leave it up to lefties to think that what Milley did wasnt anti-American as it gets.

In this context, do you believe history will be kind to Milley
If history is written honestly, it will be excoriating. Then again, if history is written honestly, we will have shifted paradigms.

History is about to be a thing of the past. Stone age about to make a huge comeback.

If you served you should know that the Chairman is in a damned advisory role to the POTUS, not the direct chain of command between UCCs and the president. He's a piece of shite who committed treason.

One of the most sacred principles of military doctrine is the chain of command . He undermined his CoC. Furthermore, I believe he did it at the behest of Pelosi in a clandestine conference with the SOTH. Neither had that authority. Both should be held accountable.
