I agree with this. I think she will eventually get there with her, or she will eventually get primaried by someone that will toe the company line. She is still too far left, and the machine may be worried that she could turn some people off. There is a reason some members of the squad are no longer in Congress and have been replaced by people "not as extreme".

For mainstream Dems, her views are too dumb/naive/Progressive/insane for them to think highly of her, and because they got to know her young and stupid, those rank and file probably aren’t changing their perception of her (particularly as more time passes and she makes no impact in Congress). Exception of course being if she Fetterman’s her way to a brain injury
To the further left, her would-be natural allies on the fringe demand ideological purity. She has enough moments of clarity and breaking ranks that she’s already on her way to infuriating enough of them. In their eyes she “sells out” more and more
Excluding her knockers, she also has absolutely zero appeal with conservatives. While no leftist will pick up much from the core right, zero is a massive deficit to start from
She has no sustainable coalition of support and identity politics is on the downswing, It feels like her influence has already peaked. She’s never going to be a power player

She is very attractive. Yet you see moms just as attractive at your local Chik-Fi-La.
The same applies to Lauren Boebert, Anna Paula Luna and Nancy Mace. What makes AOC stand out is the fact that she is relatively young and in congress, which is filled with many women who seem to make a concerted effort to appear unattractive.
