But would an average person,
The average person wouldn't be treated the way Trump has been treated, yes, but not in the way you think.
You Leftzis have gone all in to get Trump.
Leftist Judges have lost all sense of Justice and are now no better than the Gestapo.

quote:Then you know that your initial definition was incomplete. "No Compulsion" and "full information" are vital elements of the definition. Without them, it is essentially useless.
The whole concept of Fair Market Value is the value of the asset he would get in an open marketquote:“The fair market value is the price at which the property would change hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller, neither being under any compulsion to buy or to sell and both having reasonable knowledge of relevant facts.”

The problem is that providing an incomplete definition leaves dozens (or more) readers who do not have your background thinking that they have been provided a complete definition, without realizing that you were just using shorthand. People disagree with one another often enough, without adding to the problem thru misunderstandings.

He could shoot someone in the middle of 5th Ave and it wouldn't make that judge more biased...

Can the judge throw him in jail for the duration of the trial because he (Trump) won't shut up about it as of right now, today?
Shut up commie.

I dunno you sure? Doesn't it just take a simple majority in a jury trial for civil cases? If that's the case I can see how they might pick bench as the lesser of two evils, maybe hoping the judge will get some threats from Trump's cult followers.
He went out to the lobby and complained to any and every camera that was pointed at him that not having a jury "seems very unfair".

That judge is a piece of shite and has stated before he would go against the jury because of his feels.

Why do teams keep throwing touchdowns in the 4th quarter while up 60 points?

This is a civil trial. Usually don't need unanimity for those.

FWIW, Peebles got outed as a SpidermanTUba alter. Doubtful we'll see a return.

And they should use it more often.

The air of illusory intellectual superiority was unmistakable.

That got flipped as well.

You are an idiot. You just reposted what I said in different words. An open market presumes an arms length transaction. GTFO. Under the hypothetical situation I presented, neither party is being forced to sell or buy. You're the one that doesn't know basic definitions.

This judge is probably a POS, but that isn't what he said. A bunch of twitter folks interpreted it that way, but that wasn't what he said in context.
He was simply referring to JNOV's, which happen all of the time.
Regardless, Trump himself said this week that he "should have had a jury". His legal team fricked up.

There is no strategy. Trump can’t hold his tongue and is performing for the base, mostly.

Why is Trump doing his best to bias a judge against him in a bench trial?
At his age his traits and personality are set in stone. He’s literally incapable of not being obnoxious.

What do you know about obnoxiousness? You some sort of college boy with a degree in obnoxiousness? Yes.
