Tucker nailed it. With Vivek and Ron dropping out, those opposing Trump can throw in with Haley, giving her near limitless resources. If and when the corrupt judges convict Trump, probably in August, then she will be there to be installed as the candidate.

Applying logic is why would she get out prior to a vote in her home state?
If she doesn't win there, she SHOULD get out without a doubt.
It's not ALL about Trump; some of these folks have goals ans asperations also and believe they would lead better than Trump. Whether wrong or right, it is still not all about Trump.

She's carrying the banner for those who want a reasonable Republican in the WH.
While Trumpland is obsessing over refugees looking for work, Ambassador Haley is the only conservative voice for the things most Americans are focused on - battling Hamas, supporting freedom in Ukraine, etc.

She can hang in as an agitator all she wants, but even if she somehow worked her way into the nomination there are a lot of voters that simply won’t support her.
She is no better than an ineffective Paul Ryan type that is only pursuing her own self enrichment as well as the interests of the DC elites and MIC crowd.

What's the point of all of this if everyone drops out after two primaries? This is why most of the country feels they get no voice in who in on the ballot in November.

She absolutely has a shot at winning. All kinds of things could happen that are long shots but not ridiculously long. Trump could die or fall ill. What if Trump showed some signs of mental decline?
