Because being Deep State, and a 'Hawk' with no compunction to avoid violence/war as a tool for ideological advancement, she knows that the Deep State will off Trump before letting him destroy their power. The whole World (Transnational Progressive version) is on board with this.
All that remains to be seen is what happens when they take Trump out. Via corrupt votes and/or the Courts, or the 'JFK' version. MAGA will never vote for Haley, I sure as hell won't.
