Off the top of my head a 15 story building seems like a wonderful place to put an observer to call in artillery on you.

It is absolutely legal in war to blow up anything that is housing anything legitimate to the war effort. A "lawyer" will compile intelligence on a target in case it is scrutinized at a later date. These militaries are prudent in their choices, no matter the media spin for or against, and won't just blow it up because a couple officers had to take a shite, even though that is enough justification.

We smoked several prominent mosques because of this the last 20 years.

Idk. Idk anything coming out of Ukraine.

I saw our media turn Mrs. Babbitt into a vile terrorist on the same level as a 9/11 hijacker. Her murderer was praised. They were able to do that even with smaller outlets countering their narrative. The information coming out of Ukraine is explicitly controlled by us with no counters.

I don't trust anything our lying media says. Especially in a situation where their voices are the only voices. I'm not saying Russia isn't doing vile shite. I don't trust Russia either. So I stand by my initial comment of 'idk anything coming out of Ukraine.'

I'm sure once the fog of war is lifted, we'll have a better idea of what happened.

I think the play might be Putin thinking if he trashes the place to the stone age seemingly, then they will be set back from advancing into anything worthwhile for years that might be a threat to Russia. I am sure there might be some other items as well like the bio-labs we are hearing about as well. It might be a new strategy too based off how things have played out thus far hearkening back to my first supposition, to just trash the place at this point.

Saw that there was a claim that Ukraine soldiers would hide in buildings sniping and using rpgs...putting the people living in the buildings at risk while using them as a shield in hopes Russia wouldn’t attack them.
