Second, why are two high ranking Obama and Biden officials on record saying if NATO courted Ukraine this would occur (and that paper was written in 2004 or 2005). I am not saying Putin is right but if Mexico was to join the “Warsaw Pact” and start housing Russian & Chinese military on their bases you don’t think we would shite a brick?
