This exactly. I’m non party affiliated, but it’s not because I want to be. If the GOP weren’t so damn weak and backstabbing Id gladly switch my party affiliation. Now do I vote red 100% and donate to individual candidates? Yes, but I won’t become a Republican until they clean out the RINOs and start caring more about the constitution and budget.
Oh and the country was better when everyone loved Jesus.

I think it's more accurate to say that no one cared if you loved Jesus. There have always been non-believers but today the left is actively trying to change your mind.

Because Democrats have gone insane and care more about Mateo who just crossed the border illegally five minutes ago than they do a tax-paying multigenerational American with a productive job and a grandfather who ran up Omaha Beach.
I used to be independent and have voted for both sides in the past. Now? I vote red across the board, period. It doesn’t matter who is on the ballot.

The Democratic Party completely abandoned the concepts of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Association, Freedom of Assembly, and Freedom of Expression. They went full-bore into government sanctioned economic and media censorship of dissidents. I side with the Republicans to stop government infringement on these rights.
