My older relatives have been Democrats and fully supported the Democrats for generations. That was back when Democrats were the party of the working class and the have-nots. Their policies were always geared to create a better life, a better future, for their constituents.
Republicans were the party of business and the wealthier of Americans. They were the union-busters, the tax-hiking, lying, cheating politicians that we common folks despised.
But that was then, and fast forward to now...we have witnessed the great shift in politics right before our eyes. My father left the Democrats and became a Republican. I'm sure my grandfather and his father would have done the same if they were around today. The Democrats are now the DemoRats, in my eyes.
The Republicans prove everyday that they are for a better America, a better life for all Americans, rich or poor. Their common sense policies do not cater to the woke, crazies out there who want to destroy our democracy.
Republicans don't want open borders where illegals from anywhere can enter our country, unvetted, and depend on taxpayers to support them. They didn't voice opposition to Biden when he allowed it to happen for four years, not a peep from any of 'em.
Republicans want lower taxes and they prove it with no tax on overtime or on tips. You ever hear of a DemoRat giving tax breaks? No, they want more taxes.
Republicans want our energy independence to thrive while DemoRats want to destroy our oil and gas industry, our automobile industry, and have all the displaced workers learning how to install solar panels. High prices for gas started with Biden, and the high cost of living was bred by higher fuel prices.
Republicans don't accept fantasy. We don't play along when a man decides he wants to be a woman are vice versa. These people have mental problems and Republicans are aware of it. We need to get these people professional help, not a new dress!
And, Republicans are hard on crime. DemoRats want to do away with law enforcement such as ICE and local police. Notice how the DemoRats will go to hell and back in support of illegals who are being deported for breaking our laws? They don't show any empathy for the families who lost love ones due to the illegal murderers.
If these reasons don't persuade you to vote Republican, nothing will. But my advice, my hopes are: VOTE REPUBLICAN! ANYTIME!

Asked my Father the question.

“You raised three boys, all staunch Conservatives. Yet you have been a life long Democrat .Why?”

“Because every time a Democrat got elected I got a pay raise.”

“It’s too bad that shipped sailed when Kennedy was murdered. Now your party hates you.”

Because I’m not retarded.

I left the Democrat party as they became progressively more anti-family

If the republican isn't conservative, I'm not voting for them.

The Republican party has long abandoned them.

Is that really the case? Or did conservatives abandon the Republicans? When was the last time conservatives voted in a conservative POTUS?

I love how you all toss “conservative” around as if any two you in reality even use the same definition. Most people don’t even realize it, lol.

With all due respect, I might add.

I like Freedom

Repealing the 2nd Amendment has never been about saving children. Those situations get used to bring it up.
Its real motive is to disarm citizens, like they have in the EU, so when they force changes that go against the US Constitution and our Laws we have no recourse to stop them.

Short Answer: Democrats have finally pulled the mask off and started towards Communism.

Globalism is not something to be dismissed as just a mere Think Tank as the boards smartest lawyer likes to call them.

What is the main reason you vote Republican?

1. 2nd amendment
2. 1st amendment
3. Economic policy
4. Waste less money than Democrats (but still waste a shitload)
5. Lower taxes than Democrats
6. Not woke

The GoP is not great at any of these but far better than the Democrats.

Because they arent jew hating, terrorist loving, 9/11 was a good day, let's burn the Constitution scum, like the current Democrat party. Republicans annoy me with their wast of time theatrics and absolute unwillingness to ever do more than the bare minimum, with regards to aggressively pushing the agenda their voters want, but at least they don't hate my country and want me dead.
