The Movers And Shakers from the heights of Progressive Ideology believe that Race, Religion and Class must be ‘homogenized’ lest Humanity continue its competition and warfare based on these divisive issues. All policy will be designed to accomplish this ‘homogenization’ process. It’s easy to see this as a ‘grand conspiracy theory’ but given the persuasive moral and practical (Utopia engineered by the smartest amongst us) ‘Idea’ but not so easy to defeat it. HighTech both assures, enables and proms this moral and practical (idealism) based impetus. Font’s “Transnational Progressivism” is a good read for this who want to understand what is the ‘wizard behind the curtain’.

The problem is that it’s not a melting pot at all. A melting pot is where people assimilate and become Americans first. Now nobody assimilates. They just move Somalia or El Salvador to your neighborhood.

The hoards of new immigrants need a nice, comfortable place to live, as well as ID cards.

The OP is not describing projects. lol

You’re right. He’s not. The OP is talking about apartments in affluent areas that should fetch $2k/month in rent that are being inhabited by former projects residents on section 8 vouchers that bring their bullshite with them. It’s happening all of the country.

Like 500-1000+ unit complexes going up in areas, you wouldn't think there would be that much of a demand for apartments. States I have been noticing (Tennessee, KY, OH, IN, Alabama, NC),

Suburban apartments of that size have been a thing in Metro Atlanta for decades.

They have been successful with one of 2 of those in our very red county. They didn't hide it though, completely announced they would absolutely take section 8 vouchers.

Yep. For MinimumWage folk, the government subsidies for people in that bracket are at least equal with the wages. Therein all the “now hiring” signs and relatively low unemployment numbers as many have just quit working. It all folds at some point.

The reason is nefarious. The developers finance the campaign s of city counsel men. Then after they have the votes they allow this shite to happen. Sometimes in direct violation of local zoning laws. The councilmen get kickbacks from the developers If everything goes according to plan. I suspect that the developers are also being greased by soros for the same reasons that soros finances the campaigns of district attorneys around the country.

This plus the tax base increases, permits increase allowing more money laundering…all the while neglecting the infrastructure and drainage and the whole thing turns to shite.

I'm sure this is demonstrably untrue. But board anecdote gonna board anecdote.

What reality do you live in? This anecdote was actually taught in econ classes at one time.

Happening all over Katy and it’s alarming. Bringing the ghetto to the suburbs was a campaign platform for Biden. Every person who voted for Biden voted to destroy the suburbs.

And what's the rent in those apartments. I guarantee you it's high enough to match the incomes of the area.

The US Govt pays the rent for the Section 8 tenants, genius.
