President Donald Trump, his two eldest sons, and the Trump Organization dropped their $10 billion lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service on Monday in exchange for the Department of Justice creating a $1.776 billion fund to settle claims by people who allege they are victims of so-called lawfare.

A Miami federal court filing by Trump’s lawyers dropping the lawsuit suggested it effectively barred a judge from analyzing whether the president’s civil suit was legally valid and from dismissing it if she finds it is invalid.

These guys are extremely creative. They win by settling and the settlement magnifies the win exponentially.

Prosecutors and leftist judges are pissed right now.

This is creative on the part of Trump, but it will be another tactic future administration will abuse to channel tax payer money to political operatives.

The Somali Remigration fund. Brought to you by the next Dem President and funded by successful lawsuits against ICE.

Tell me you don't think it's possible.

Are you against private citizens being able to sue to federal government?

This fund will be made up of taxpayer money. The amount of hypocrisy it would take for a conservative to support this would be record setting.

And you better choke it down with as much gusto as you’re doing this one for Daddy.

If the IRS released Joe Biden's private tax return, I would support him being able to sue for damages.

What is hypocritical about that?

I’m against the massive conflict of interest. If you don’t get that, I’m not sure what to tell you.

So the next Dem president can appoint a lackey at the DOJ, sue the government over some bullshite reason, tell the DOJ to settle, and then profit? It can be abused tremendously.
