IE the Bank of America program that is 100% financing with 10k in closing cost. to qualify for that program the house must fall into a minority census track. Meaning if the house is in a census track that is 50% minority you can get 100% financing and 10k in closing cost. You don't have to be a minority but the house has to be in the census track.
