Yall can argue whether it was justified or not. The law doesn't matter. What matters is does the DA support the driver and if not how the jury votes.

No doubt about it. I see two takeaways from all this bullshite -
1. Our public schools (K-12 and university) are an abortion. Conservatives better engage and figure out how to Fox this or this country is going to implode regardless of who is president or controls Congress.
2. These 20-30 year olds have the emotional makeup of 13 yos. They are completely disconnected from the real world, and have zero self-awareness.
