Not anymore. Schools can have unlimited coaching staff now, on and off field. There are still restrictions on GA's and Strength and Conditioning and recruiters but that is it.

That is public facing AI and not all AI. There is AI that we don't have access to that isn't constrained. AGI will get here and then things will get interesting.

In the old days, coaches liked bowl games for the extra practice. Players got to travel and get their swag gifts from the bowls. I guess since everyone is getting paid now that it all matters less.
