I have no loyalty to him. I have said even tonight that RDS would be the better candidate. However, in South FL there will be at least one that will not vote guilty.

Any jury case tried in FL he will skate.

I am no attorney but never try to predict what a jury will do.

But, if any of the shenanigans that we have heard about occurred, I could the judge tossing it in the mistrial heap and starts all over (sort of).

To the lawyers: can the lawyer that they mentioned his judgeship application, can he be called by the defense?

Was it false the first time or second time? One requires jail time.

The DOJ has security footage that proves he was lying then. The jury will decide if they think he is lying now.

And Nauta's attorney is going to be disqualified for conflict of interest.

Probably an AI deep fake given the corrupt nature of the DOJ and Jack Smith.

The government is guilty until proven innocent.

On the obstruction side of the case I would recommend to Jack that this guy be the first witness on the stand. This is going to go great.

So was employee 4 lying then or now. Admitted liars make poor witnesses.

Wonder if Jack Smith gets Epsteined if he loses this case. Lots of accidents happen when you disappoint the Deep State.

Trump is getting convicted. Maybe house arrest, but not going to golf tournaments anymore.

Yep. Bad for Trump. Must be witness tampering. No other explanation

The end result of the investigation and legal troubles was a unanimous Supreme Court decision overturning the governor's corruption conviction.

McDonnell went on to lay out how Smith had a history of "partisan" legal overreach in the government.

Jack Smith and his team told Lois Lerner at the IRS, it was OK to target certain conservatives and audit their tax returns. Also, he botched the case against the former vice presidential candidate John Edwards that lead to a mistrial. Then ended up in a hung jury in the Bob Menendez case and then you got my case," he said.

Jack Smith is a train wreck when it comes to political prosecutions

@DrPaulGosar

More pardons are needed. I’ve expressed my support to @realDonaldTrump to pardon Rick Renzi, convicted by corrupt DOJ prosecutors who fabricated evidence. A clear political persecution. Our DOJ is corrupt and inept.

The problem with the obstruction charges against Trump is they rely heavily on similar charges in the Arthur Anderson fiasco. Which resulted in a unanimous rebuke by the Supreme Court

Rehnquist wrote. "Indeed, it is striking how little culpability the instructions required." Rehnquist's opinion also expressed grave skepticism at the government's definition of "corrupt persuasion" – persuasion with an improper purpose even without knowing an act is unlawful. "Only persons conscious of wrongdoing can be said to 'knowingly corruptly persuade'", he wrote.

I think a lot of you are very naive when it comes to how this could go down.

The cavalier attitude is certainly odd. There’s no shortage of evidence that rules and norms are completely discarded when it comes to Trump. The full weight of the federal and state DOJ’s across the country are targeted at him. Merit has nothing to do with it.

Even Jesus in His innocence couldn’t prevent a determined prosecution from wrongfully executing Him. I like Trump’s chances even less.

I expect some convictions , but then everything get overturned on appeal, or at the Supreme Court. I mean, Trump was President at the time, if anything, and had immunity , which carries over. The Documents case is the strongest, but there’s also case law and the Records act that will serve him in the higher courts. Trump will be protected in the end, but I do think he will initially be convicted in one of these kangaroo courts

So now we trust this guy when we actually shouldn't have before? He's an admitted liar.

It doesn’t matter the final result. If they can create enough uncertainty the hope is they will break the will of people leading to them turning to other candidates to avoid a crisis.

No just pointing out irrationality.

I don't take personal offense to people using ad hom attacks. It's a matter of rhetorical, not personal, integrity.
