Medical school is of little concern.
Post medical school training is what matters such as residency and fellowships and of course career accomplishments. Medical school is primarily four years of system memorization to prepare one for the real training for practical application.

She went to med school in Dominica. There are a lof of med schools in the Caribbean who cater to US students and the license is valid in the US.
Grenada has a large school. I had some beers with some of the students and asked them how they chose the Caribbean. They said when they took their mcats I guess they sell the lists because they suddenly started getting all this information from accredited Caribbean med schools.
