23 more than were convicted for defrauding and fleecing the public for millions in 2008 market meltdown. none of them had the guts to charge their bank buddies.

he's literally the only one that's done a good job and is qualified for the position. one of the few that's not a boot licking former fox news commentator.

watching the end of a great republic in real time... it may take another 25 to 50 years but the continuing deficits, debt to fund programs and wars, financial repression, quantative easing to try and mask it all.. won't work.
it's a story that's repeated a few times now. we're going the way of rome
and, 'that's just the way it is' and 'wasn't mentioned during biden' only confirms..

And really a great time for DJT to dial down south korean drills for not helping in his Iranian short term excursion and talking up his buddy Fat Jong Un
Really smart.
Just this past week, 30 year hits 5.3%, deficit explodes, debt passes 40 trillion, on and on and on
North American combover's second term has been pretty damn awful.

As I said in another thread, my time was in an Army mechanized infantry unit. I have no point of reference here. My unit deployed for 12 months, extended to 15. In the heat of the desert.

My time was in the Army so I have no point of reference on this one. Our unit deployed for 12 months a couple of times and pushed to 15 once. What was the longest time your ship was at sea?

The Democratic Party is being taken over by socialists who openly despise America, and yet Republicans are still going to lose the midterms because Trump and the neocons dragged us into another failed Middle East war.

We aren't even acting like we are serious about reaching a deal anymore . This is hopefully just Trump throwing a jab at the Iranians but who really knows anymore.
think about how far we are now from the original 'no nukes, take the material out, regime change, people are gonna rise up, we're offering them the deal of the century'... to
100 oil, new guy worse than the old guy, dead soldiers, inflation, 40 billion spent, draining the oil reserve, and now:
'we're gonna wait 'em out to get the strait open'.
complete bed shitting.

So we've reached the end game. It's done. Vance was right from the beginning. Predict Hegseth is blamed and becomes fall guy soon.

Earlier:
The closure of Hormuz has driven up prices for American voters, creating a political headache for Trump as November's midterm elections near, but the US leader was optimistic in a conversation with Axios on Sunday.
"We are low-keying it," Trump said of his approach in an interview.
"We are only semi-negotiating with them," was quoted as saying. "We are just watching Iran with its huge inflation and the fact they have no money."
"It will work out," he added. "It's like a chess game."

I'm absolutely no fan of DJT personally BUT I do recognize how historically important his presidency is / will be. I do not think anyone else could have stopped the steady movement to the left. I would have preferred he be kingmaker. Instead, he's destroyed his own legacy with Iran, tariff's, idiotic ai images of himself, strawberry blonde rug he sported in his talk the other night.....
His presidency hopefully now paves the way for a new group of young conservatives to take leadership.. the JD Vance's and the like; very smart, educated conservatives.
