from what i've read, and could be wrong obviously, this allegation / comment was ommitted from the summary to the DA as well as the snap chat invitation to the rest of the fraternity.

i'd add... the local DA declined to review the evidence itself after reading, and relying on a summary from the university police. From that the DA said 'nothing in the summary indicated a crime had occurred'. But in fairness to DA, the Univ Police reportedly omitted her statements that she was raped and surrounded by a group of men. It also apparently didn't include the 'free pussy', 'come whip it out bros' invitation either.
