re: So the GOP caved?

Of course they did. You think any politician would not eventually agree to extend the obamacare subsidies?? You think any of these clowns would ever do anything that damaged their ability to get re-elected? More spending, bigger deficits is the one constant

Not a dimes difference between the two parties. The only difference is what issue or group they can leverage to stay in power.

Our system is completely broken.
I did. I stayed up and listened to the entire speech. He's an amazing speaker. I can understand why he appeals to the student debt class. As Peter thiel said too much student debt and unaffordable housing will turn young people against the system.

He doubled down on all of it. He is the Muslim Moses leading the young people out of debt bondage. Free everything paid for by owners of things.
He will be like st nick himself. He'll be handing out gifts, going to church and talking about the message of Jesus to the poor. Very very slick.

Yep - free buses, free childcare, rent control and Soviet grocery stores. Mamdani ran on it and the young kids voted him in.
The YOUNG people in NYC elected him....
The Dems playbook is clear. Moving away from culture stuff to affordability. They are the now the party of the youth oppressed by the party of the wealthy. Some crazy shite - print money, mail checks to people, cause inflation, lose election, blame problems you caused on guy trying to fix it as way to win again. But that's the plan.
All true... Also true that younger generations don't feel like they can afford a house, have a kid, get married etc. Dems are pivoting from culture stuff to affordability. It's a winning issue for them right now even though Jotato and the money printing caused the problem. Repubs have to take it seriously or more smooth talking Mamdanis will win telling them the boomers are the oppressor and they are the oppressed.
I'll say this - he came out hot! He's taking his shot. And he's a showman. Mainstream Dems are running away from him as fast as possible. But the young libs who get poetry degrees and want to live in NY for free love the dude.
How about those "check in if you're impacted by the shutdown" threads a few weeks ago......

Cheaper? Curious - I priced it over 100 and decided to go with ESPN / fox bundle.
They are. Hulu, Disney, and now Fubo also. Speaking of Fubo, considered it yesterday but it's 100+.

How do you positively spin our losing 3 of 4, the team quitting on Aggie in the second half and now led by frank and Verge?!?

Whatever they say, the program deserves
Very similar to tenn melt.

Midseason switch to Frank and Verge instead of Scott and BK after the team quit in the second half against aggie.

Nothing to worry about.

All kinds of great coaches want to row up to our Titanic and get on board.

Lolololo.
Lololol. Just keeps getting worse by the minute
