Regardless of what some believe the Pope is not infallible. The left gets the vapors when people push back against the Popes comments but the last few popes have become so woke they need to be rebuked.

This is all much ado about nothing.
The pope needs to stick to spiritual and religious ideas. Jesus said the same, "give unto Ceasar, what is Ceasars ".
quote:

The Catholic Churches Catechism:

Regarding immigration:
"The more prosperous nations are obliged, to the extent they are able, to welcome the foreigner in search of the security and the means of livelihood which he cannot find in his country of origin. Public authorities should see to it that the natural right is respected that places a guest under the protection of those who receive him. Political authorities, for the sake of the common good for which they are responsible, may make the exercise of the right to immigrate subject to various juridical conditions, especially with regard to the immigrants' duties toward their country of adoption. Immigrants are obliged to respect with gratitude the material and spiritual heritage of the country that receives them, to obey its laws and to assist in carrying civic burdens."

Regarding war:

quote:

All citizens and governments must work to avoid war. Peace is not merely the absence of conflict but the fruit of justice, love, and respect for human dignity.
Governments cannot be denied the right to lawful self-defense "as long as the danger of war persists and there is no international authority with the necessary competence and power," provided all peace efforts have failed (CCC 2308).
Legitimate defense by military force is subject to strict conditions of the traditional "just war" doctrine (CCC 2309). These must all be met simultaneously:The damage inflicted by the aggressor must be lasting, grave, and certain.
All other means of ending the conflict must have been shown impractical or ineffective.
There must be serious prospects of success.
The use of arms must not produce evils and disorders graver than the evil to be eliminated (with modern weapons of mass destruction weighing heavily against this).

The evaluation of these conditions belongs to the prudential judgment of those responsible for the common good.
Moral law remains fully in force during war; intrinsically evil acts (e.g., targeting innocents) are never permitted. The Church condemns terrorism, genocide, and indiscriminate destruction.

Trump is well within both of the Catholic Churches teachings.
The pope needs to shut the frick up!

This is the reality. Sure it’d be great if everyone got along and could hold hands singing Kumbaya but that’s not the world we live in.

Trumps job isn’t to strictly follow Christian doctrine. It’s to keep the nation safe

Who gives a frick about the pope?

I've never heard Catholics even talk about the fricking pope in day to day life. You sure as hell didn't think about him until right now.

This is an example of "good Trump"
