It isn't just Don. It's Donald, Don Jr, Eric, and the Trump organization. They're suing on behalf of the Trump brand stating that they allowed leak of his tax information and harmed the Trump brand and are seeking punitive damages.
And I hope they get every cent and the IRS is sued into dissolution.

Seriously. I don't know if it's possible, but maybe if more people sued their frickin asses the government would be forced to shut their shite down.

He has likely had to spend more than that in law and PR fees
Well, that’s not true.

$10B is a lot of money man. That’s more than the last 10 Super Bowls combined. It’s more than any company EVER has spent on advertising in a year.
Visa, a company that spends a ton on advertising, spends $1.3-$1.5B per year, and the trumps are asking for 10…
I’d be more understanding if he sued individuals instead of “the United States government” because if he wins…IM paying that

Trump doing the only thing he does well...looking after himself.
The country burns and he settles personal scores....
Trump is a NYC fake conservative and MAGA cult leader

Just petty vindictiveness at the possible expense of the taxpayers. Trump is a turd personified…

This seems ridiculous. That's essentially just taking from the public and I have trouble believing it has caused him 10 billion in damages.
This is to prove a point and not about the money. I hope he wins.

Off all the federal agencies, the IRS is the most vile!

It’s probably to track down who was behind it via discovery.

I don’t think you could get any more corrupt than this administration.

Right. He has never had a net worth over 10 billion. The idea that he has spent over 10 billion on legal expenses and fees is something only the bottom of the barrel maga tards could conceive

Are you ok with the federal government attacking citizens because of their party affiliation?
The scary thing is that if they will do this to Trump, what would they do to the rest of us?

I’m not okay with a man suing the government he’s executive over and indirectly controls the government’s ability to defend itself so he can get 10b of the taxpayer’s money.
