re: Stephen Miller: "The Storm is coming."

Housing prices have been increasing at a far faster rate than income. Same with everything else I mentioned. “Working hard” isn’t enough anymore, especially with AI wiping out millions of white collar jobs, and DJT colluding with the tech companies to replace Americans via outsourcing and H1Bs. The paths to the American dream keep shrinking every year and the costs soaring. And now gas is $4-5 a gallon, which is absolutely going to drive prices up across the board.

Imagine if Donald Christ and Herr Miller actually had a plan for unifying and uplifting Americans instead of these thinly veiled threats of violence. They have no plans of action that don’t include hurting someone else to make other feels good about themselves.
No plans for education, healthcare, student loads, housing, retirement, AI, or anything else.

He didn’t just insult the Pope and Catholicism, he specifically stated “ALL other Christian organizations”. He despises Christianity and the very Christians who elected him.

He sees himself as higher than Christ. Sadly, most Christian’s in America seem to as well.

Meanwhile, Trump continues to help erode white collar jobs available to white people and give them to foreigners via H1Bs.

How far is Hawaii from the US? Guam?

Why does their style of governance and/or economic policy matter to you? If that’s what the people want, more power to them. Europeans are generally happier with their government and life in general than Americans. They’re healthier and live longer as well. That “socialism” seems to be working quite well for them.

Israeli’s used Palestinian children as human shields when searching homes for years. Thankfully, their SC put an end to that practice, at least on paper.

Let’s not forget with whom it originated:

Then why only mention Clinton? Repubs voted for it in higher numbers than Dems. There’s a clear attempt by conservatives to wash their hands of the awful trade deals they made and it’s hilarious. Both parties have been more than willing to sell out the country.
re: How handy would Bagram Airbase be right now?
Posted by uziyourillusion on 4/4/26 at 10:40 am to SquatchDawg
How would you have defended it? You honestly think you can just wall up in an airbase indefinitely? Constant artillery and rocket attacks? Drone attacks? etc? You think that would have been worth the causalities and cost of defending? Absolute fantasy world.

Bagram would have been surrounded and destroyed. They would have faced constant artillery attacks and any aircraft there would be destroyed.

Why is it so hard for you to acknowledge that Biden was ultimately responsible for how this transpired?
Because he was started from an untenable position. ~2,500 troops remained in Afghanistan by the time Biden took office. It doesn't take a military genius to understand that's not enough to hold Afghanistan, Kabul, or even just Bagram alone.
Taliban wanted every last US and other foreign soldiers out of Afghanistan. An agreement, sign by the Trump administration, already agreed to full withdrawal, including Bagram.
You're blaming Biden and claiming he should have renegotiated from a position of absolute weakness and holding no cards. Why would the Taliban renegotiate when they are on the cusp of having it all? There's nothing the US could do to stop them from taking it aside from a full reinvasion which no one was going to support. You're asking the impossible from Biden.
How exactly would you have forced the Taliban to hand over Bagram? Military force hadn't worked for 20 years, so that's not going to work. What else would you offer them?

Perhaps Jbird should read Art of the Deal and learn how negotiation tactics work
re: How handy would Bagram Airbase be right now?
Posted by uziyourillusion on 4/4/26 at 9:57 am to Jbird
What would you renegotiate? With what leverage? The Taliban had already full control of everything else by the time Trump left. They had no reason to enter another agreement because they held all the cards and short of reinvading, there’s nothing we could do militarily to stop them. It was literally either continue the war or leave. The Taliban and been getting bomb relentlessly for 20 years. Chest puffing and lobbing some MOABs around wast going to change the trajectory of the situation.

Why did Trump surrender?
re: How handy would Bagram Airbase be right now?

Why do you MAGAts insist on blaming Biden for Bagram? Trump is the one of signed the surrender agreement which required withdrawal of all US troops from Afghanistan. He brought down US troop levels to below 2000. No way you’re defending the base with so few troops. There’s no deal the Taliban was willing to take to allow US to keep Bagram.

It’s either that or hurling insults. They know Trump’s second term has been a complete and utter disaster, and it’s their only means of coping.
re: Tech firms are simultaneously laying off American workers and filing requests for H1B
Posted by uziyourillusion on 4/3/26 at 12:26 pm to dgnx6
Trump actively courts these Tech shitlords and has never attempted to apply any kind of meaningful pressure against them. He has enormous leverage over them as President, and he’s show plenty of times he’s willing to use his office in some pretty unpredictable and unsavory ways to get what he wants. If he gave a shite about American jobs, he would have found a way to severely limit or halt these visas.
