Good story and I'd say somewhat plausible given the realities of getting something done in Russia. And I'd guess some negotiating with a country's strong man is kinda sorta reality. However the 4 people BS as well as a $50M price tag on an apartment seems a tad pricey. Plus "deal fizzled" means game over. Maybe Cohen did sling a wouldjatake up against the wall. Or maybe he just simply doesn't want to go to jail for a long time. I guess my overall reaction is ok go on and what else?

I’m no real estate tycoon, And I’ve never built a high rise building but it seems to me that giving away the most expensive unit in your building would be very very bad business. If the penthouse is worth 50 million, that’s a 50 million dollar loss that has to be overcome in order to turn a profit on the building.
